Education Institutes
Despite the excellent education quality and programs of the institutes in Chilpancingo for the population of the city and entity, Guerrero and Chilpancingo are among the most severely left behind in the country. During the last trimester of 2007 the Municipal Government started certification campaigns for giving elementary and high school diplomas to the young and adults who didn't finish their basic education.
