With the purpose of supporting companies to turn Aguascalientes into a world class production and service center with the highest standards of international competitivity, the State Government develops public policies that promote and develop the local industry, as stated by ARmano Jimenez San Vicente, Minister of Financial Development. He highlighted that only in the automobile industry, one car is manufactured per minute on average and that the State creates transmission with the state of the art technology for important car brands; one out of every two cell phones in the world include microchips manufactured in the State and world leading copy machines are assembled in Aguascalientes. The Minister of Financial Development detailed that local software companies carry the purchase management of companies such as General Electric, Grupo Modelo and Santander. Through their call centers payments due are serviced for Canada and Norway; credit lines are authorized for Canada and United States for Nissan and Renault and the frozen produce of Aguascalientes is purchased in more than 70 countries. He referred to the interest of the Government lead by Governor Luis Armano Reynoso Femat in consolidating the State’s leadership in business, work harmony and as an attractive pole for national and foreign investments with a high added value.
