Gobierno de Campeche

Fernando Eutimio Ortega Bernés was born in the city of Campeche in 1958. He obtained a degree in Political Science and Public Administration and a graduate degree in Public Management and Finance, as well as in seminars and courses on Administration Reform, Budget Programming, Management and Negotiation Strategies. He was a professor at the Faculty of Political Science and Public Administration at Universidad Autónoma de Campeche. He was Cit President for Campeche from 2006 to 2009 and Senator for the State of Campeche from 2006 to 2009. He has worked for Partido Revolucionario Institucional (PRI) for thirty years and was elected Constitutional Governor of the State of Campeche for 2009-2015. Governor Lic.
