Where to Eat in Toluca

The food, especially found in the city of Toluca has a great Spanish influence. The gastronomy is composed of red and green chorizo and obispos made of pork. However, the prehispanic tradition is also rabbit, soup of medulla, quintoniles, and green rice with fried bananas, pambazos and papaloquelite sauce. Do not forget to refresh yourself with the traditional drink with fruit base called the ¨mosquito¨.
